1. Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
2. Return Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. You will be responsible for the Reverse Pickup charges that is Rs. 150. and Rs. 150 for Re-Shipping. (You will get the taxable invoice for the same). Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit within 10 days or try to send you the same product in your desired size. 3. Refunds: Refunds are issued as only store credits. Cash or Bank refunds are not provided. Store credits are valid for three months from the date of issue.
4. Return Conditions: The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with our Quality Assurance Team. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
