Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process: Contact our customer service to initiate a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit within 10 days.

3. Refunds: Refunds are issued as store credits. Cash or Bank refunds are not provided. Store credits are valid for six months from the date of issue.

4. Return Conditions: The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with our Quality Assurance Team. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
