“Due to the delicate nature of baby care and hygiene, we do not offer product exchanges or returns whatsoever. However, exchanges are only accepted for size issues or product defects, to ensure your little one’s comfort and your convenience. Please check sizes carefully before placing your order”.
7. Exchange Policy: Raise an exchange request for Size Related Issues or Defected Piece within 7 Days of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team from Monday - Saturday between 11:00 AM - 06:00 PM on +91 9257995551. We accept exchanges only if the product is unused, unwashed, and is in its original packaging including all accessories and documentation.
7.1 Size Exchange Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. You will be responsible for Reverse Pickup Charges which is Rs. 150 and Re-Shipping Charges which is Rs. 150 again, for the new desired size. A taxable invoice for the same will be provided. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and so long as it passes our inspection, we will then move on to the process of checking availability of the desired size exchange. If we have the size available we will dispatch it and if the desired exchange size is out of stock a store credit will be provided to you within 10 days.
7.2 Defective Order Exchange Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. A reverse pick up will be arranged from our end after a satisfying evidence is presented to us in the form of a clear video and some images of the defective piece. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and so long as it passes our inspection, we will then move on to the process of checking availability of the desired exchange. If we have the size available we will dispatch it and if the desired exchange article is out of stock a store credit will be provided to you within 10 days.
7.3 MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
