“Due to the delicate nature of baby care and hygiene, we do not offer product exchanges or returns whatsoever. However, exchanges are only accepted for size issues or product defects, to ensure your little one’s comfort and your convenience. Please check sizes carefully before placing your order”.
1. General
1.1 Eligibility: To place an order with Jhabla, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
1.2 Acceptance: By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
1.3 Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
2. Orders
2.1 Order Process: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods you ordered have been dispatched.
2.2 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. Pricing and Availability
3.1 Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of GST (where applicable).
3.2 Availability: While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and payment wallets. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
4.2 Payment Confirmation: Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
5. Delivery
5.1 Shipping Locations: We ship across India. Delivery charges will apply and will be added at checkout.
5.2 Delivery Time: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days and typically delivered within 7-14 working days depending on the location.
5.3 Delivery Issues: If nobody is available to accept the delivery at the primary address, the delivery will be re-attempted twice, before the package is returned to us. Re-delivery will not be eligible for free shipping.
5.4 Unforeseen Events: Events outside our control, such as extreme weather conditions, global pandemics, political unrest, and other unforeseen events, may occasionally delay delivery. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange the delivery time.
6. Shipping Policy
6.1 Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping across India on orders above Rs. 2,000/-. For orders below Rs. 2,000/- surcharge is applied at check-out as per the shipping rates. Orders are processed within 2-3 working days and delivered within 7-14 working days.

7. Returns and Exchanges.
7.1 Exchange Policy: Raise an exchange request for Size Related Issues or Defected Piece within 7 Days of receiving the product by contacting our customer support team from Monday - Saturday between 11:00 AM - 06:00 PM on +91 9257995551. We accept exchanges only if the product is unused, unwashed, and is in its original packaging including all accessories and documentation.
7.2 Size Exchange Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. You will be responsible for Reverse Pickup Charges which is Rs. 150 and Re-Shipping Charges which is Rs. 150 again, for the new desired size. A taxable invoice for the same will be provided. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and so long as it passes our inspection, we will then move on to the process of checking availability of the desired size exchange. If we have the size available we will dispatch it and if the desired exchange size is out of stock a store credit will be provided to you within 10 days.
7.3 Defective Order Exchange Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange. A reverse pick up will be arranged from our end after a satisfying evidence is presented to us in the form of a clear video and some images of the defective piece. Once we receive and inspect the returned item and so long as it passes our inspection, we will then move on to the process of checking availability of the desired exchange. If we have the size available we will dispatch it and if the desired exchange article is out of stock a store credit will be provided to you within 10 days.
7.4 MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
8. Cancellations
8.1 Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement by contacting customer service. If the order has not been processed, it can be canceled and any payment will be refunded as store credits.
8.2 Modification: If you wish to modify your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to modify it.

9.2. User Conduct
Prohibited Activities: Users must not misuse our website. This includes hacking, data mining, and spreading malware.
